Additional Information | Cancellation Policy
Reservation
Our Apartments are divided in Types (B, C and D). To make a fixed reservation please transfer 350,00 Euro per apartment at leatest 3 months before arrival. The remaining rent is to be paid upon taking over the apartment.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival is from 4pm onwards, departure is until 10am. Key-hand-over takes place at the apartment house. Parking available in front of the house (centrally located, 1 car per apartment included), daily arrival possible.

Electricity, hot water, initial equipment of bed linen and towels (will be changed on a weekly basis), Sauna (incl. 1 sauna towel per person), wireless internet access.

Fee for one-time cleaning:
– Apartment Type B: 65,00 Euro;
– Apartment Type C and Typ D: 45,00 Euro.
Visitor’s tax Obertauern: 1,00 Euro per Person/night.
Breakfast available upon request (breakfast buffet: 14,00 Euro / person)
Pets
Please bring your pets only on previous agreement. Price: 8,50 Euro/day.
Additional final cleaning fee: 25,00 Euro.
Cancellation
If the booking is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. In case of late arrival or early departure the rental week will be fully charged.
Cancellation fee:
– up to 3 months in advance, no free
– 3 months up to 1 month, 40%
– 1 month up to 1 week ,70%
– within the last week, 90%
We recommend a trip cancellation insurance! If the reservation is made without deposit, the booking is not guaranteed!
