The house has a long tradition in Obertauern. The Aufmesser family has been treating its patients in the centrally located medical practice since 1974.
The upper floor of the building contains holiday flats that are rented out during the winter season.
The house has 7 fully equipped apartments in 3 categories. The Aufmesser apartments impress with their central location in the heart of Obertauern – just a few steps away from the ski slopes, restaurants and shopping facilities.
Our apartments are family-friendly, comfortably furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday: beautiful kitchens, cosy living areas and plenty of space for couples, families and small groups.
Located right in the centre and directly on the slopes, our hotel offers the perfect base for a varied and relaxing winter holiday.
The nearest ski lift is just a few metres away – and after a day on the slopes, you can glide comfortably on your skis right back to the door of the ski room. Afterwards, the cosy sauna invites you to relax. Fresh bread rolls are available at the bakery directly opposite, and a supermarket for your daily needs is also in the immediate vicinity.

At 1,740 metres above sea level, Obertauern offers winter holidays with guaranteed snow from late November to early May. The centre of Obertauern is surrounded by 100 kilometres of slopes with breathtaking views. 26 modern cable cars and lifts make it possible to ski the entire Tauern circuit clockwise or anti-clockwise back to the starting point. The entrance to the legendary Tauernrunde trail is located directly behind the Aufmesser apartment building.
