General information | Cancellation policy
Reservation
Our apartments are divided into categories (A, B, C and D). In order to make a binding reservation, we ask you to transfer the amount stated on your reservation confirmation. Pets are not allowed in any of the apartments! Pets may only be brought along by prior arrangement.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., departure by 9:30 a.m. – Keys are handed over at the property. Parking is available directly in front of the property (centrally located, directly at the top of the pass). There are two parking spaces available for apartments A+B 2, and one parking space for all other apartments. Daily arrival possible.
To be paid additionally
A one-time final cleaning according to the cost estimate.
If you bring a pet with you, there will be an additional charge of €8.50 per day and an additional final cleaning fee of €25.
General local tax: €4 per night per person (children under the age of 15 are exempt) Registration number according to the Accommodation Tax Act: 50422-001150-2020
Included in the price
Electricity, hot water, initial supply of bed linen and towels (changed weekly)
Use of sauna (including 1 large sauna towel per person), Wi-Fi.
